 அனலைதீவு கலாசார ஒன்றியம்-கனடா அமைப்பினரால்  ஊர்மக்களனைவரினதும் சார்பாக கெளரவப்படுத்தப்பட்டனர். நமது ஊரின் மிளிரும் திறமையாளர்களான செல்வி.பிருந்தா இராமசாமி செல்வி.ருக்சா சிவானந்தன்செல்வன்.ஜனார்த்தன் சடாச்சரலிங்கம் ஆகியோரை ஊர்மக்களனைவரினதும் சார்பாக வாழ்த்தி பாராட்டுகிறோம்.இவர்களது திறமையை வளர்த்தெடுத்து ஊக்குவித்த பெற்றோருக்கு  மனம்கனிவான பாராட்டுக்கள்.

Brindtha Ramasamy
            Brindtha Ramasamy is a right-handed tennis player who started to pursue her dream in the sport at the age of 6.  Brindtha has competed in numerous international tournaments.  She has won singles titles at the All-Canadian Junior championship, the ACE tennis U18 Canadian world ranking event, Copa El Salvador and the Jalisco Junior cup. She also represented Canada at the Junior Fed Cup garnering the honor to represent her home country. Some of her most notable accomplishments include winning all of the Provincial championships from U10 to U18 in singles play, winning two national championships in U12 and U16 and also winning four international tournaments in singles in places such as Mexico, El Salvador and Burlington. Currently, Brindtha is attending the university of Miami in Ohio where she is competing at a incredibly high level.

            Janarthan Sadacharalingam has been competing at a high level his whole soccer career in Canada.  He spent several seasons playing semi-professional at North York Astros of the Canadian Soccer League.  Here he played some important games such as playing against Mexico U20 National team and also against Toronto FC.  The Ryerson University Alumni spent four seasons with the Ryerson Rams Varsity Soccer team in Toronto.  He helped change the program and culture around to  become one best programs in Ontario today.  Jana has many awards which includes a Bronze medal in the Canadian National Championships in 2011.  Internationally, he also founded and played for Tamil Eelam Football Association in the 2012 VIVA World Cup hosted by the NF Board.  He captained the team in its first tournament in Kurdistan, Iraq.  

Jana had been coaching for 15 years with Scarborough Rangers Soccer Club.  He has helped instilling discipline and high work rate amongst his players.  In 2014 He coached youth from Analaitivu Sathasiva Maha Vidyalayam  in 2014, introducing fundamental soccer skills to the youth.  As of late he has been helping Toronto Skillz in the Ontario Premier Development League as a coach.

Janarthan graduated from Ryerson University in Geographic Analysis BA.  He spent several years at the City of Toronto, then moving on to Elections Ontario.  He has been through the recent provincial Electoral process in 2018.



Rugsha Sivanandan
Rugsha Sivanandan graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Health Sciences from the University of Toronto during the year of 2014. Following her undergraduate degree, she graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science degree in the field of Epidemiology during the year of 2016. She currently works as a Quality and Performance Consultant for the Mississauga Halton Central West Regional Cancer Program at Trillium Health Partners (Credit Valley Hospital). Rugsha has had a strong interest in the field of arts from a very young age. Rugsha began her Bharatanatyam training under the fine tutelage of Mrs. Nirainjana Chandru which gradually led her to the successful completion of Kalaimanram’s yearly practical and theoretical examinations. With the great support and encouragement of her guru and parents, she performed her Arangetram debut on July 15th, 2007. Rugsha also completed her Teacher’s Diploma in Bharatanatyam in 2007 and was presented the title of “Nirutha Niraingnar.” Rugsha has been given the opportunity to explore her passion as a professional dancer at Janak Khendry Company since the year of 2012. She has featured in the company’s major dance productions and has travelled on international tours to various countries in the Middle East and India. Rugsha is also actively learning Carnatic vocal music under the tutelage of Mr. Pon Sundaralingam and performs at local community events. Apart from her interest in the arts, Rugsha has been greatly involved in the Tamil community. She is one of the founding members of Mississauga Tamil Association and currently holds the role of Vice-President in the organization and works in alliance with multiple Tamil organizations across the province. She is also very much involved in youth empowerment and leadership. She is one of the founding members of Mississauga Tamil Association’s Positive Youth Development Committee and continues as one of their Executive Directors until today. In her leisure time, Rugsha enjoys emceeing various events in the Tamil community.
